A plush mascot featuring the Pokemon Mudkip from the Japanese Pokemon Center. It is part of the "Fresh Water" or "Oishii Mizu" line of plush which is currently exclusive to Japan. The mascot is about 4 inches tall including the head fin, but not including the blue ball chain. It is in great condition and has the cloth tag while lacking the original paper hang tag. It is genuine and rare.
